The best seafood ever in this beautiful seaside city. The pasta with mussels and oysters is very fresh, with cherry tomatoes to mitigate the strong fragrance of the shell fish in butter and wine, the fried codfish with lemon is such a crispy masterpiece with not that greasy flavor. Everything is just perfectly tell you the best reason for choosing this restaurant
Watch the cost! The catch of the day was absolutely delicious (Sea Bass) and perfectly prepared and enough to share between us three. Pasta dishes were ok - we ordered 1 clam and 1 shrimp and 1 soup. 1 glass wine each. Somehow the total was US $200.
Exquisite. Seriously the best local authentic restaurant I have found in Naples. This Taverna has been in the family for generations. It is a family business and the owners are the epitome of hospitality. They are everything- food= brilliant, hospitality = superb, atmosphere- vibrant. Price - not ripped off Food - generous and fresh Atmosphere - priceless Do yourself a favour and come here NOW!! PRONTO
It’s my second time in Napoli and i wanted to come again at Taverna, i love the staff!!! The fish is incredibly fresh, the beer perfectly cold, and the prices surprisingly low. The staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. I loved it so much that I couldn’t resist coming back again just to enjoy another great meal. Absolutely love this place !! I recomand it from all of my heart!
Lovely family (Sisters) run restaurant, friendly, down a cobble street, tables inside and out. Good food, fresh and tasty. Reasonably priced. We only had one course to eat. Cater for Vegetarians.
